EHF sucht Continental Development Officer

The European Hockey Federation in conjunction with the International Hockey Federation propose to appoint a Continental Development Officer (CDO). The Appointment is part-time.

The Position:
Give comprehensive advice and render services regarding hockey development within the European Hockey Federation and its Member Associations, aiming at consistent implementation of the Global FIH and EHF hockey development policy.

Proposed profile of a CDO:
• Hockey heart, enthusiasm and team spirit.
• Professional Education and experience in sports management and administration, the latter preferably at National or International level.
• International orientation and multicultural understanding.
• Verbal and written English.
• It would be an additional benefit to have the ability to communicate in German and or Russian or be prepared to learn.
• Communicative and social ability in various circles of society and in the hockey and general sports community.
• Coaching ability.
• Observation, analytical and creative skills: structured approach; ability to work in an advisory capacity; efficient and target/result orientated.
